Rubix Fitness is a functional fitness gym located in the heart of Tenby, Pembrokeshire, by the sea. Open since 2020, it offers a welcoming, judgement-free environment for all fitness levels with 24/7 gym access, expert personal training, and a variety of group classes including boxing, strength club, Pilates, Legs Bums & Tums, MumFit, and small group PT.
The gym is led by founder Laura Griffin and boxing coach Dan Storer, and also runs fitness retreats and corporate wellbeing days.
