Sabre Grappling is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling and MMA club based in Stevenage, founded and led by Head Instructor Matt MacGuire. With a coaching philosophy grounded in combat reality, the club offers classes for all levels — from complete beginners to competition-focused fighters — as well as a dedicated kids' NoGi BJJ session.

Affiliated with the UKBJJA, Sabre prides itself on effective, ego-free training focused on what actually works.
