Saifs Boxing & Fitness Gym

Saifs Boxing & Fitness Gym is a boxing gym in Rotherham dedicated to empowering individuals through the art of boxing. Led by Head Coach Saif — a highly respected coach with over a decade of experience — the gym offers community classes, 1-2-1 coaching, and structured sessions for all ages and levels.

Classes run seven days a week, covering kids aged 5–8, juniors (9+), adults, and open classes. The gym has produced champions including Yorkshire and national amateur title holders, and features state-of-the-art facilities.
