The gym is open 7 days a week and offers high-level instruction in MMA, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and more, catering to all levels — from complete beginners training for fitness or self-defence to competitive amateur and professional fighters.

Classes run throughout the day, and the gym also provides private 1-to-1 tuition, open mat sessions, and group bookings, alongside a full fighter management programme.
