Salty Sauna is the UK's most easterly wood-fired Scandinavian sauna, perched a stone's throw from Pakefield Beach and the North Sea. Founded by two friends, Hannah and Stella, the sauna was born from a shared vision of healing, community and well-being by the sea.
Guests can enjoy 60-minute sessions — either as a community booking or as a private hire — followed by a refreshing dip in the sea. Additional pampering and fitness class packages are available, as are private parties and events. Simple, affordable and memorable.
