Sapphic Pilates is a welcoming, inclusive Pilates community for queer women, non-binary and trans people, based in Bath with events also in Bristol.
Founded by Kyrstyn, a Pilates instructor with over 10 years' experience, the sessions combine beginner-friendly mat Pilates rooted in classic technique with a Sapphic Social afterwards — coffee, brunch or a walk — so movement becomes a gateway to genuine connection. Every class is body-positive, alcohol-free, and designed so you can show up exactly as you are.
