Sarah Dilley Pilates offers Pilates classes, 1-1 sessions, small group sessions, and personal training in and around Exeter. Classes include mixed ability Pilates, beginners and intermediate-to-advanced Pilates, functional fitness for the 50+ age group, and post-natal Pilates. Sarah specialises in common orthopaedic conditions and pre- and post-natal exercise.

Personal training sessions (1-1 and small group) focus on strength, conditioning and rehabilitation, with bespoke programming tailored to each client's goals.
