Sauna Ice Balance is Newcastle's boutique heat and cold therapy studio, offering 95°C+ sauna sessions, ice plunges (8–12°C or 1–3°C), aroma steam sessions with handcrafted essential oil blends, and complimentary red light therapy. Located just 100 metres from the sea with free parking nearby, it's designed for serious full-body recovery rather than a gentle spa day.

Sessions are limited in capacity to keep things comfortable, and first-timers are guided through the experience.
