Sauna Spirit is a mobile wood-fired sauna experience rooted in authentic Finnish tradition, operating in and around Birdham, Chichester. Hand-crafted inside a classic RICE horsebox and fitted with a Finnish-made HARVIA wood-burning stove, the sauna brings the concept of löyly — the steam and spirit released when water meets hot rocks — to outdoor settings across Sussex.
Sessions are available as communal 30-minute slots or bookable back-to-back for an hour, with cold water plunge pools and a pump shower for hot-cold contrast therapy. The sauna is also available for private party and event hire.
