School of Calisthenics is a Nottingham-based calisthenics coaching school offering weekly in-person beginner classes, online programmes, and a supportive community.

Led by personal trainer and mobility instructor Josh Cooke, classes focus on foundational bodyweight movements — pull-ups, push-ups, dips — and progress toward skills like handstands, levers, human flags and muscle-ups.
