Sea Scrub Sauna brings Scandinavian sauna culture to the British seaside across four Kent coastal and countryside sites — Margate, Whitstable, Folkestone, and Macknade (Faversham).
Inspired by Norwegian floating saunas and the tradition of cold-water swimming, each location offers wood-fired or electric saunas, cold plunge tanks, outdoor showers, and stunning sea or countryside views. The Folkestone flagship adds a hot tub and on-site café, while Macknade features a fire circle and private hot tub.
Sessions are bookable as drop-ins or via a flexible monthly credit membership, with special events including sound baths, yoga, cacao ceremonies, and new moon gatherings.
