Sefali's Yoga is a welcoming, community-led yoga studio based in Heston, Hounslow, run by fully qualified yoga teacher Sefali Dhani with over 20 years of experience. Classes cover every aspect of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, including Mobility Yoga, Yoga/Pilates, Tai Chi, Breathwork, Strength, and Step & Conditioning.
Sessions take place at Westbrook Primary School and Heston Community Centre, with online classes also available. Sefali was a former examiner for the British Wheel of Yoga and has been featured on the BBC and in the Guardian. The first class is free, and a money-back guarantee applies after one month.
