Serenity Yoga & Pilates is an intimate and supportive boutique studio in Shepperton offering mat Pilates, yoga, barre and breathwork classes seven days a week. Classes cater to all levels and include Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, Pilates for beginners through to all levels, and barre — a fun, ballet-inspired full-body workout.
The studio is led by Pam, a fully qualified Holosomatic Breathwork Therapist who also offers immersive breathwork workshops (including Holotropic and Shamanic styles), trauma and emotional release sessions, Kundalini Activation and Body Awakening in small groups or private 1-1 sessions. A second location offering Reformer Pilates has also opened in Addlestone.
At its heart, Serenity is a community of like-minded people supporting each other on their wellness journeys.
