Serida Fitness is an independent, family-run gym and health hub based in Hawkhurst, Kent. Founded in 2013 by the Swart family, originally from South Africa, the studio offers a fully equipped gym, energising group classes, and personalised personal training in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete, Serida supports every fitness level with expert coaching, strength training, HIIT, stretch & mobility classes, and small group sessions — all designed to help you live stronger, healthier, and happier.
