With three specialised training zones — The Iron Zone (strength & structural longevity), The Kinetic Zone (posterior health & functional movement), and The Engine Zone (cardiovascular capacity & endurance) — the studio caters to one-to-one coaching, semi-private group sessions, and family training.
It also features the Bio-Reset Lab, an advanced self-serve recovery suite with a medical-grade infrared sauna, thermo-massage loungers, and pneumatic compression boots.
