Shape Fitness has been keeping the people of the East Midlands fit, healthy and feeling good since 1978.
With a team of fully qualified instructors, they offer a wide range of fitness classes including Aerobics, Circuit Training, Body Conditioning, Pilates, Hula Hoop, Hularobics, Clubbercise and Latino Vibe workouts across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Scotland. Personal training on a one-to-one basis is also available. All classes must be pre-booked.
