Shape N Tone Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio run by Majella McCartan, a fitness consultant and Pilates teacher with over 25 years of experience.
Based in Newry and Rostrevor, the studio offers face-to-face Pilates classes for all levels — including classes for older populations, antenatal/pregnancy, postnatal, Pilates with small equipment, and Fitball — as well as online video classes.
Majella is also a qualified Pilates Tutor, Assessor and Internal Verifier, and tailors customised training programmes to help each client reach their individual goals.
