Shift Health and Fitness is an exclusive, members-only boutique gym in the heart of Warrington. Designed to provide a welcoming, private and encouraging experience, the high-spec facility offers full gym access alongside small group fitness classes averaging just 3–7 participants — included in every membership at no extra cost.
Every session is expert-coached and fully adaptable to individual needs and injuries, delivering a personalised experience comparable to 1-to-1 personal training. Members also receive a gym programme and nutritional support to help them reach their goals.
