Shine With Tabitha Yoga is a boutique yoga and Pilates studio based in Belper, Derbyshire, offering weekly mat and reformer Pilates classes as well as yoga sessions for all levels. The studio is led by experienced teachers Tabitha Wright and Zenny Middleton, who together bring over 25 years of combined Pilates experience.
In addition to regular classes, Shine offers an Active IQ-accredited Level 3 Mat Work Pilates Teacher Training Diploma, delivered through weekend workshops and flexible e-learning, making it a hub for both practitioners and aspiring instructors in the East Midlands.
