ShireFit North Leeds is a functional fitness gym situated at Moortown Rugby Club's grounds in Alwoodley. The facility features a large gym floor with brand new ROGUE/Wolverson equipment and a coffee bar reception area.
Members enjoy a variety of coached group classes including TRAIN (the flagship all-in-one session combining different training methods), LIFT, GRAFT, RCVR, and JUNIOR sessions, as well as open gym, recovery room contrast therapy, and personal training.
SFNL is closely linked to its sister location ShireFit West Yorkshire in Calverley, with joint memberships and joint social events.
