Shrewsbury's leading Women's Artistic Gymnastics club, home to regional and national champions. Based in a dedicated gymnastics facility with foam pits, the academy offers classes for all levels from preschool (crawling to 4 years) through to competitive squads.

The programme covers artistic equipment including bars, beam, vault, sprung floor, trampoline and conditioning, and also includes rhythmic gymnastics. Classes run Monday to Saturday in Shrewsbury (SY1 3JE) and at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, with holiday camps open to members and non-members alike.
