SimFit Studio is a boutique gym in Meanwood, North Leeds, founded by former British Army Physical Training Instructor Kingsley Simmons. Offering high-energy, results-driven fitness since January 2025, SimFit delivers MetCon classes, Hyrox training, bootcamps, personal training, senior strength training, 6-week transformation camps, and corporate fitness.
Winner of the Yorkshire Prestige Awards – Fitness Company of the Year, the studio is built on military discipline, community spirit, and real, measurable results for all abilities.
