Simple Strength Leixlip is a size-inclusive, body-positive small group strength and fitness gym in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, run by personal trainers Maggie and Rebecca. It takes a non-diet approach: no weighing scales, body scanners or measuring tapes, and a strict 'no diet talk' policy.

Classes include small group kettlebell strength training, step aerobics with a core finish, a 9-week Couch to 5km running group, mum and baby fitness and outdoor buggy fitness in Maynooth and Celbridge. Sessions are pay-as-you-go from €17.50, with morning, afternoon, evening and weekend times, a loyalty plan (6th class free after 5) and a free trial class.

The gym is on the ground floor with free weights and basic strength equipment, in a calm, encouraging, no-shouting atmosphere.
