Skyhook Coaching Services offers a holistic and science-backed approach to cycle training and performance coaching in Sheffield. Founded by Steve Harrop — who drew on years of living, training and racing in the USA — the studio puts the rider at the centre of everything it does.

Services include cycling-specific performance and biometric testing (blood lactate threshold, body composition analysis, sweat testing), power-based indoor training on state-of-the-art computer-controlled equipment, and fully individualised coaching programmes.

Complementary support services cover sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation, nutritional guidance, IBFI-accredited bike fitting, functional training and conditioning, sports psychology, and pro mechanic support. The studio operates by appointment and caters to committed cyclists of all levels looking to measurably raise their performance.
