Sevenoaks Ladies Joggers (SLJ) is a women's recreational running and walking club based in Sevenoaks, welcoming ladies of all ages and abilities for over 25 years. The club offers weekday and weekend runs, gentle jogging, evening run sessions, power walking groups, and a dedicated Platinum Fitness programme for the over-65s.

Fitness classes including Fitball, Hi Metabolic and Yoga are also available online as cross-training. Whether you're a nervous beginner, an experienced runner, or simply looking to get outdoors and meet new people, SLJ has a session to suit you.
