Smooth Combat Academy is Bury, Manchester's fastest growing martial arts and combat sports training centre, offering professional-level coaching in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai and Boxing.
Head Coach Sam Spencer — a former professional MMA fighter and BJJ black belt — leads a welcoming, structured programme suitable for complete beginners through to competitive athletes. Members also have access to a fully equipped strength and conditioning gym. One-to-one and small-group private training are available on request, as well as a dedicated Youth Squad.
