SOH Fit is a boutique group fitness studio in Gloucester offering fun, energetic classes for all fitness levels.
The timetable includes Clubbercise (dance fitness with LED glow sticks to club anthems), Drum N Box (boxing, kickboxing and dance to drum and bass), Golden Fit (low-impact seated fitness for active ageing), circuit classes targeting upper body, lower body and full body, and Group Fit-Her.
Classes run throughout the week including evenings and Saturday mornings, with some sessions at St Georges, Tuffley.
