Sol Studio is a boutique Pilates studio located in Cuckfield, West Sussex, founded by Megan — a professional dancer-turned-instructor with nearly three decades of movement experience. The studio offers Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Barre classes in a welcoming, judgment-free space designed to meet every body where it is.

Classes range from beginner-friendly MIND sessions focused on technique and breath, to dynamic BODY workouts and the signature SOL intermediate Reformer class. Barre Sculpt blends barre-style exercises with Mat Pilates and functional strength training, while regular Mat Pilates classes are open to all levels.

Megan holds full APPI and STOTT Pilates certifications and serves as an APPI educator and presenter.
