Cove Reformer Studio is a boutique reformer Pilates studio founded in June 2024, located in Lindfield, Sussex. Inspired by the calm of the South Coast, Cove offers eight class types for all levels — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, ages 18 to 85+. Small group classes of just 4 people ensure dedicated instructor attention in a warm, welcoming environment.
The studio also runs community initiatives including a Run Club, Mum Club, and Retreats.
