Sound Fitness Studios is an LGBTQ+-owned private personal training and small group fitness studio with locations in Forest Hill and Penge, South East London. Offering one-to-one personal training, couples training, and small group sessions capped at 4–6 people, every 45–50 minute session is designed around strength, conditioning, weightlifting technique and mobility.

The inclusive, non-judgmental environment welcomes all levels — from complete beginners to experienced lifters — with bespoke programming, expert technique coaching, and optional nutrition guidance.
