Source Yoga is a boutique yoga studio run by Cathy Ibbotson (Francis), a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Yoga Teacher based in North Wales. Cathy has been teaching since 2012 with a 500-hour British Wheel of Yoga qualification, offering flowing and dynamic classes that balance strength, flexibility, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation.

The studio runs weekly Beginners Hatha Yoga, Intermediate Vinyasa Flow, and Mixed Ability Hatha Yoga classes at venues in Colwyn Bay and Rhuddlan, as well as retreats and an accredited 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme.
