SPA Gymnastics Academy is a children's gymnastics club in Luton, founded by two sisters who are former competitive gymnasts. Classes are held at Lealands High School and Lea Manor Recreation Centre, catering to a wide range of ages and abilities. Sessions include Gymnastics For All (GFA), SEND parent-and-child classes, Stay & Play open gym, and Tiny Tumblers.
Coaches focus on building physical skills such as cartwheels, handstands, somersaults and backflips, while also nurturing confidence, discipline and social development. The SPA Awards scheme lets participants earn certificates and badges, and gymnasts can take part in competitions and club shows.
