SPACE Yoga Studio is set in the heart of St. Augustine's Centre, a beautifully renovated church in Brighton dedicated to wellbeing and the arts.
Founded in 2018 by experienced yoga teachers Catia and John, SPACE has grown into a thriving community hub offering a wide range of yoga styles — from dynamic Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Kundalini and Detox Flow to restorative Yin, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga Nidra — suitable for complete beginners through to advanced practitioners.
The studio prides itself on being inclusive, welcoming people of all backgrounds, ages, abilities and identities including the LGBTQIA+ community. In addition to its regular class timetable, SPACE runs workshops, retreats, and a comprehensive yoga teacher training programme.
