Sparta Gym is Eyemouth's 24-hour, members-only gymnasium, founded in 2018 on the site of a weightlifting club established in 1987.
Focused on strength training and functional fitness, the gym offers 16 strength machines from brands including Nytram, Rogue, Watson and Nautilus, plus a dedicated functional area with a Stairmaster Gauntlet 10G, curved treadmill, Rogue Echo Bike, Concept2 rower, bike and Ski Erg, as well as a purpose-built double-station rig and functional kit such as kettlebells, sandbags and slam balls.
Open 365 days a year, the welcoming community gym caters for all ages and abilities, from beginners to experienced athletes, and has resident personal trainers specialising in strength training, menopause fitness, and pre- and post-natal training.
