Spartan Performance is a 10,000 sq. ft. performance enhancement gym located in Consett, North East England. Founded by Jack Lovett — twice British Natural Strongest Man — the facility has been delivering results-based strength training since 2009.
The gym caters to all abilities, from entry-level enthusiasts to professional athletes, offering memberships, semi-private and private coaching, group classes (Inferno, Spartan Barbell Club, Weightlifting/Olympic lifting, Gymnastics), an infrared sauna, and online coaching via the Domin8 Athlete programme.
