SSV Yoga is a globally recognised Yoga Alliance Accredited international yoga school with students and graduates across 6 continents and 45+ countries.

The school offers comprehensive online and in-person yoga teacher training programmes (200hr, 300hr, 500hr) rooted in the authentic Himalayan Yogic Tradition, covering Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative and Chair yoga, alongside Ayurveda, meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy.

Programmes are self-paced with optional live Zoom sessions and one-on-one mentorship, making them accessible to all levels, ages and backgrounds.
