Stance Jiu Jitsu Academy is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai academy based in Woolwich, South East London (SE18), serving the communities of Greenwich, Plumstead, and Charlton.
The academy offers beginner-friendly BJJ classes for adults, kids, teens, and women, as well as NoGi grappling, a structured beginner programme, a women-only programme, kids Muay Thai, and an after-school programme. Training takes place in a supportive, structured environment guided by expert coaches, with a strong focus on building confidence, discipline, and character.
