Stanmore Gymnastics runs Saturday morning gymnastics classes for boys and girls aged 4–14 years, based at the sports facility at Bentley Wood High School in Stanmore.
Led by Coach Caroline and her team, the club focuses on delivering fun, safe and disciplined sessions that build fitness, strength, balance and body control, while also supporting children's cognitive and psychological development.
