StartStrong (ADS Creations) is a private gym and personal training studio run by Elite Personal Trainer Adam Walder, based in the Romsey area of Hampshire.
Adam offers one-to-one personal training sessions in a private gym setting, as well as Pilates group classes at village halls across the local area — including Awbridge, Braishfield, Lockerley, Timsbury, Romsey and King's Somborne — plus online Pilates via Zoom. Free taster sessions are available for new clients, and an on-demand library provides content between classes.
