Steel Coaching is a coach-led gym and personal training facility in Sheffield, founded with a mission to raise the standard of personal training and help everyday people build strength, improve fitness and grow confidence. Every session is expert-led and tailored to the individual, with a welcoming, zero-intimidation community atmosphere.

Programmes include Steel Squad (small group strength and fitness), Capacity (high-energy endurance and VO₂ max/Zone 2 sessions), Build (focused lifting for Squat, Bench and Deadlift), and Open Gym access.
