Steel Fitness is a 24-hour gym in Thetford, Norfolk, spread across two floors and packed with bespoke equipment from brands including Cutler Strength, Rogue, Atlas Strength, Prime Fitness, Precor and Nautilus.
The facility caters for everyone from first-time gym-goers to competitive athletes, with plate-loaded, pin-selected and free-weight areas, a cardio zone with Stairmasters, treadmills, cross-trainers and bikes, an outdoor Strongman training area, a posing studio, a sports therapy and massage treatment room, a gym shop, and secure onsite parking.
Month-to-month memberships with no long-term contract are offered alongside a free 12-week body transformation programme for all members. The gym is led by owner Kristian, a former British-title-winning bodybuilder with 20+ years of experience, and gym manager Yasmin.
