Stockport Health and Fitness Centre is a ladies-only gym offering gentle, low-impact exercise in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Founded in 2016 by Purnima, who turned to exercise to manage chronic pain and illness, the club provides power-assisted toning equipment, cardio machines, and exercise classes tailored to each member's individual needs and abilities.
With just 30 minutes of exercise delivering a full-body workout, the club is particularly suited to those with health conditions, mobility challenges, or those seeking rehabilitation.
