Strength Base is Basingstoke's award-winning strength and conditioning facility, winner of 'Best Strength & Conditioning Facility 2021 – Hampshire'. Offering exclusive, limited membership with Small Group Personal Training (SGPT), tailored programming, nutrition coaching and sports massage therapy.
The gym is equipped with specialist kit from Eleiko, Torque, EliteFTS and more — including 2,000 kg+ of weight plates, Concept 2 ergs, a 6-station free-standing rig and 2.5–50 kg dumbbells. Free secure onsite parking, no joining fees and no contracts.
