StretchLAB Fitzrovia is a physio-led assisted stretching studio located at 18 Wells Street, a 3-minute walk from Oxford Circus. The studio offers one-on-one, 50-minute sessions delivered by trained Stretchologists following a physiotherapist-designed protocol.

Each new client begins with a full mobility assessment and receives a personalised stretching programme using methods including PNF, passive, active and static stretching. The studio environment is described as warm wood, low light and quiet — clinical in method but not in feel.

Sessions target range of motion, recovery, posture, athletic performance, injury prevention and nervous system regulation. Results are tracked and mobility is re-tested every 8 weeks. StretchLAB is part of a network of 7 London studios.
