StrongCo is a small-group strength training gym in Bournemouth built for all abilities, from complete beginners to competitive powerlifters. Fully coached sessions use barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells in a structured, no-judgment environment.

Classes include LIFT (pure strength), LIFT & MOVE (strength plus conditioning and cardio), and specialist programmes for pre/postnatal and 50+ members. The gym also hosts sanctioned powerlifting competitions and offers one-to-one personal training.
