TeamCC is a small group personal training gym in Bournemouth and Poole, established in 2010. They combine the individual attention of 1-2-1 personal training with the energy of group training to help members build fitness, strength, energy and body confidence.
Their two core programmes — the Solution Programme for busy professionals and parents, and the Focus 50+ Programme for people over 50 — offer structured coaching with nutrition support in a welcoming community environment.
