Stronger Together Gym is a women-only gym in Stansted serving Stansted, Bishop's Stortford and surrounding areas. Founded by Torz Kemp and Sarah Tann, the gym offers fully programmed and coached group strength & conditioning classes in a small-group personal training environment, personal training, nutrition coaching, a post-natal Core & Restore course, and yoga & Pilates.
All movements are scaled and adapted to suit every member, with a focus on physical, mental and emotional well-being.
