Stroud Yoga Space is a welcoming yoga and Pilates studio in the heart of Stroud, founded in 2012 by Rachel Mellish. Set in a light-filled, peaceful space on Nelson Street, it offers small classes of 10–12 students across a wide range of styles — including Iyengar, Dru, Kundalini, Somatic, Hatha, Yoga Synergy and more — taught by a diverse team of experienced teachers.

The studio also runs events and workshops, and operates an adjoining Yoga Shop stocking ethical clothing, mats, props and accessories.
