Studio 37 is a women-only gym set in 12 acres of beautiful Somerset farmland, founded and run by Erica. It offers small group training, personal training, and bootcamp-style classes in a fun, energetic and discreet space.

With a maximum of 8 people per class, the focus is on empowering women to discover what their bodies and minds are capable of — celebrating strength and ability rather than appearance. Classes are scheduled around school drop-off times, children are welcome, and the community-first ethos makes it especially welcoming to mothers and beginners alike.
