Studio 83 Fitness is a family-run boutique gym based in the heart of Leighton Buzzard, founded in 2016 by Greg and Jen with over 30 years of combined fitness experience. More than just a gym, it champions community, self-confidence and a positive mindset.
They offer group fitness classes in a wide variety of formats, one-to-one personal training in a private gym environment, and team sports fitness sessions for local football, hockey and rugby clubs. No joining fees and no contracts.
